What is more important and very critical, for an organization, is one’s personality, ability and growth in his / her behaviour, since it would not be much difficult to learn science / technology.
It takes a strong mind to prosper well in this fast paced world. Tremendous emphasis is to be given by a student to enhance this skill and therefore CPRO values and evaluates a person in a different way and this is not easy at all. We always ask what one would like to do as a career, not influenced by parents, neighbours and friends. We find almost everyone is influenced by some peer and it is not surprising. Having said so “CPRO” will ask every student difficult questions to answer about his interest and it is quite natural that the answer is not easy unless a person takes a lot of effort and interest about himself right from his high school days.
